Global Literary Contributions: Authors Come Alive As part of the British Council’s RIDS Programme, under the theme “Literary Legends and Their Stories,” the young literary enthusiasts of Class 9 undertook a collaborative research project on authors from India, Nigeria, and Colombia. Bringing these literary figures to life, the students dressed as the authors and presented monologues highlighting their contributions to literature, their notable works, and the powerful social messages reflected in their writings. The programme served as an enriching literary orientation, fostering both creativity and cultural awareness among the students.

On the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchami, Saraswati Puja was celebrated at Shakuntala Vidyalaya with profound devotion and reverence. The sacred rituals were performed by the *Honourable Director Sir,* who conveyed a heartfelt message praying for peace, happiness, harmony, and universal well-being across the world. The entire school campus was immersed in a divine atmosphere through soulful bhajans and spiritually uplifting dance performances presented by the students. The *Bhog Prasad* , resembling a sacred elixir, nourished not only the body but also brought deep contentment to the hearts and souls of everyone present. The radiant hues of yellow and the elegant lotus decorations transformed the school premises into a divine abode of Goddess Saraswati. 🦋✨ *A Day That Fluttered with Creativity!* ✨🦋 Our *Butterfly Day Fancy Dress Competition for Nursery and LKG* filled the school with colours and smiles. *Dressed in stunning butterfly costumes, students spoke confidently* and creatively, turning the day into a beautiful celebration of imagination and self-expression. 🌸🎤

Shakuntala Vidyalaya hosted Capacity Building programme on Active Learning with the Resource person appointed by the CBSE. Teachers from different schools attended the session. The program aimed to explore new dimensions in teaching methodology. It was child centered session indeed.
