Capacity Building Programme Shakuntala Vidyalaya hosted a Capacity Building Programme on “Mental Health and Wellness Among Students” on 12 August 2026. The session was informative and insightful, highlighting the importance of students’ emotional well-being and mental health. The session was conducted by Mrs. Jaya Singh and Mrs. Anjali Vaish.

🌿🌾✨ *Hareli — celebrating our soil, our farmers, our traditions and our roots! ✨ 🌾🌿 Our school celebrated Hareli with great enthusiasm, honouring the rich cultural and agricultural heritage of Chhattisgarh. The celebration began with a beautiful traditional song, followed by the worship of farming tools as a mark of gratitude to our farmers and Mother Earth. 🌿 The school was beautifully decorated with Neem leaves, keeping alive the traditional spirit of Hareli. 🪵 The special attraction was Gedi Walking , which brought great excitement among the students. 🍃 Students also presented a pot of Neem leaves to our Respected Manager Ma’am, Mrs. Mamta Ojha, Sharda Vidyalaya Risali, as a gesture of respect and tradition. 💚 A beautiful celebration of our roots, traditions and green heritage!

🇮🇳✨ **A Symphony of Patriotism – Inter-House Patriotic Song Competition* ✨🇮🇳 As part of the 80th Independence Day Celebrations, the school auditorium came alive with the spirit of patriotism, pride and national pride during the *Inter-House Patriotic Song Competition.* Our young patriots not only mesmerised everyone with their soulful voices, but also beautifully reflected the spirit of the nation through their *tricolour-themed attire and armed-forces-inspired get-ups.* 🇮🇳🪖 Their performances echoed courage, unity, sacrifice and love for the motherland. *Winners* 🏆 First pistion – *Ashoka House* 🥈 Second Position – *Tagore House* A truly memorable celebration where music met patriotism and young hearts sang for the nation! 🇮🇳❤️✨

Achievement in the sports arena CBSE Far East Zone Boxing Championship 2026 - 2027 which was organised at KIIT International School, Khordha, Odisha Sahil Sharma of Class X Bagged Gold Medal 🥇. He also got Selected for the CBSE National Boxing Championship 2026-27. Congratulations and Best Wishes to the sports champ and for the National Level .👍🏻

*A true leader leads by example* and *inspires* others through *responsibility* 🌟 A *Student Leadership Orientation & Responsibility Counselling Session* was conducted for the *Head Boy*, *Head Girl*, *Junior Coordinators*, *Class Captains*, and *Vice Captains* under the guidance of our *Respected Principal Sir*. During the session, the students were elaborated on their *roles and responsibilities* in maintaining*classroom discipline*, ensuring the *smooth conduct of the assembly*, fostering *effective communication*, and leading their peers with *confidence*, *integrity*, and *teamwork*. Students were encouraged to *lead by example* and uphold the *values* and *discipline* of the school.

✨ Bagless Day – Learning Beyond Books!✨ Bagless Day was filled with excitement, creativity, and joyful learning as our young learners explored a variety of engaging activities. From the Shape Play Zone, Vowel Activity, and Water Pouring Activity to an enriching School Visit, every experience encouraged curiosity and hands-on learning. The fun continued with energetic sports activities like the Frog Race, Pick Up & Run, and many more games that promoted teamwork, confidence, coordination, and physical fitness. Every activity gave our children an opportunity to learn through exploration, play, and experience. A day full of smiles, discoveries, and unforgettable memories—because the best learning happens when children learn with joy!🌈💙
